All prices quoted are in NZD (New Zealand Dollars)

Claims arising from all invoices and purchases must be made within 7 working days.

At Primehort Distributors Ltd’s sole discretion, a deposit may be required on credit sales.

All overdue invoices from credit purchases bear interest at 2.5% per month on unpaid balance.

In the event of default of payment when due, all costs of collection, including interest, legal fees and court costs, shall be paid by the applicant.

GST and other taxes and duties that may be applicable shall be added to the price except when they are expressly including in the price.

The use of Primehort Distributors Ltd’s products being beyond the control of the manufacturer, no warranty expressed or implied is given by Primehort Distributors Ltd regarding its suitability, fitness or efficiency for any purpose for which it is used by the buyer, whether in accordance with the directions or not and Primehort Distributors Ltd accepts no responsibility for any consequence whatsoever resulting from the use of its products. Primehort Distributors Ltd will meet all obligation as set out under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.   

Primehort Distributors Ltd makes any recommendations in good faith. However, Primehort Distributors Ltd makes no representations as to the comprehensiveness or accuracy of the information. It is expected that individuals receiving the information will exercise independent judgment in determining its appropriateness for a particular purpose. Accordingly, Primehort Distributors Ltd will not be responsible for damages of any kind resulting from the use or reliance upon such information.

Primehort Distributors Ltd, including its directors, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors and assigns, will not accept any liability for any loss, damage or other injury resulting from the use of our products.

All trademarks, trade names, branding and get up on this site belong to Primehort Distributors Ltd or its licensors. Primehort Distributors Ltd does not give users any license or right to use them.

Due to our non-compliance with NZ customs regulations and the NZ Horticulture Export Authority Act 1987, Primehort Distributors Ltd is unable to export it's products to any country. Primehort Distributors Ltd will only deliver its goods and services to New Zealand delivery addresses.

Primehort Distributors Ltd will not be held responsible for independent customers illegally exporting their products after legitimately purchasing these whilst in New Zealand.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

The cost of delivery is in addition to the price of your order and shall be set for courier deliveries depending on your spend amount. Charges for the North Island will be: $5 per order. Charges for the South Island will be: $10 per order. FREE Shipping over $100

Primehort Distributors Ltd reserves the right to stall dispatch until an extra payment as deemed acceptable by Primehort Distributors Ltd is made by the customer when the order exceeds New Zealand Couriers physical limitations and must be sent with a transport company.

All orders dispatched to an address within New Zealand are delivered door to door and will require a signature upon delivery. New Zealand Couriers are our Couriers, and you will have to sign for your order. You will need to give your authority to leave your order with No signature required on your delivery instructions. 

The Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. In the event that the Customer is unable to take delivery of the goods as arranged then Primehort Distributors Ltd shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery.

Delivery of goods to a third party nominated by the Customer is deemed to be delivered to the Customer for the purpose of this agreement.

Primehort Distributors Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever due to failure by Primehort Distributors Ltd to deliver the goods promptly or at all, where due to circumstances beyond the control of Primehort Distributors Ltd.

In the event we do not currently have stock of a product ordered, Primehort Distributors Ltd will offer reimbursement of the monies paid for that particular product only.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, please send back to 2180 State Highway 1, Kaiwaka. Please obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at thegardeneronline@primehort.co.nz .

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
